Do you offer matching accessories for pets and owners?
Absolutely! Many of our bum bag bundles and bag accessories come in coordinating styles so you and your pup can twin in style. Check out our animal print and butterfly collections for perfect matching sets!
What’s your most popular product?
Our dog walking bags and drawstring treat pouches are paw-some favorites! The dinosaur print range also gets tails wagging with its unique, playful designs.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to protect all your payment details. Your security is as important to us as that last biscuit in the packet is to your pup!
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries (because style knows no borders!), though we’re currently unable to deliver to most Asian countries and some remote locations. We’re working on expanding our delivery network though – watch this space!
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Then you can choose:
– Express Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 working days via DHL/FedEx
– Free Standard Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 working days via EMS
Remember – good things come to those who wait (just like when training your pup to shake paws!)

Will I have to pay customs charges?
For international orders outside the UK, local customs charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer (consider it the price of being the most stylish pet parent in your neighborhood!).
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order if you’re not completely satisfied. Because even the most fashion-forward among us sometimes change our minds (just like our pups change direction during walkies!).
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at [email protected] with your order details and we’ll guide you through our hassle-free return process – easier than teaching an old dog new tricks!
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service – we wouldn’t want any of our stylish accessories getting lost on their way home!
