These terms apply when you use our website (www.cocopuppets.com) or purchase our products. By using our site, you agree to these terms, so let’s make sure we’re all on the same page (or chew toy!).

1. Who We Are

Cocopup London (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based business operating from 66 Beeches Rd, Birmingham, GB B1G 2DP, dedicated to creating pawsome accessories for your four-legged royalty. Our website is your one-stop shop for everything from Dog Walking Bags to Collar Charms – all designed with your pup’s comfort and style in mind!

2. Our Furry Customers

Our products are designed for dog lovers who want to pamper their pups with stylish, functional accessories. Whether you’re shopping for Bum Bag Bundles or Drawstring Treat Pouches, you confirm that:

  • You’re at least 18 years old (sorry puppies – human adults only!)
  • All information you provide is accurate (no fake dog names please!)
  • You’ll use our site responsibly (no chewing on your keyboard!)

3. Product Information

We take more care describing our products than a show dog prepping for competition:

  • Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly (just like no two dog noses are identical!)
  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to update product information – we’ll be quicker than a greyhound to notify you if this affects your order

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, CocoPOOP Pockets, opened Bath Time accessories, and personalized items can’t be returned unless faulty.

4. Ordering & Payment

Making an Order

Placing an order is easier than a Labrador finding treats:

  • Add items to your basket (no digging required!)
  • Proceed to checkout (the finish line is near!)
  • Review your order carefully – we can’t undo changes faster than a puppy can unravel toilet paper!

Payment Options

We accept payment by:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • JCB
  • PayPal

Payment is taken immediately when you place your order. If we can’t fulfill your order (rarer than a dog turning down a treat), we’ll refund you faster than you can say “walkies!”

5. Shipping & Delivery

We’ll ship your goodies with more care than a mother dog carrying her puppies:

  • Processing: 1-2 business days (weekends/holidays excluded)
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50): EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery areas: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas (where even the bravest postman won’t venture!).

You’re responsible for providing accurate delivery information – we can’t chase down packages like a herding dog!

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is simpler than house-training a clever Border Collie:

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery
  • Condition: Unused, original packaging, tags attached (no chew marks please!)
  • Process: Email [email protected] with your order details
  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive returns

Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless we made a mistake – we’re only human!). For exchanges, we’ll cover the replacement shipping!

7. Your Responsibilities

While we’re as friendly as a Golden Retriever, we need you to:

  • Provide accurate information (no mythical dog breeds please!)
  • Use the site legally (no using it as a chew toy!)
  • Not copy our content (these designs took more time to create than a puppy’s first haircut!)
  • Check delivery details carefully (we can’t redirect packages like a sheepdog!)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (designs, text, images) is protected like a prized bone – it’s all ours unless we say otherwise. You may:

  • View and print pages for personal use
  • Share product links (the more pups that see our goodies, the better!)

But please don’t:

  • Copy or reproduce our content without permission
  • Use our brand name or designs commercially

9. Liability

While we take more care with our products than a dog with its favorite toy, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We’re not responsible for:

  • Indirect damages (like your pup’s disappointment if you order the wrong size!)
  • Events beyond our control (delays, natural disasters – or particularly determined squirrels!)
  • Product misuse (our Bag Straps aren’t chew toys!)

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally – we’ll notify you faster than a terrier spots a rat! Continued use means you accept the changes.
